Junk Drawer was born in 2008, when founder Mary Beth Anderson directed and produced a branded short-form series for National Geographic in partnership with Ameriprise Financial, Mindshare, and Saatchi & Saatchi. It was a rare early collaboration between network, brand, and agency, and it shaped the way we still work today.
A producer, director, showrunner, and format-builder with more than two decades of experience, Mary Beth brings deep television DNA into the brand world. Her credits include Zillow Gone Wild, Giada in My Kitchen, Brother vs. Brother, Restored by the Fords, My Lottery Dream Home, Design Star, Good Bones, and Trading Spaces.
At Junk Drawer, she helps brands, agencies, talent, and platforms turn big goals into smart, watchable entertainment, bringing audience, format, platform, and distribution thinking into the process from the start.
